Your data, your rights — and how to complain.
We collect and process data on behalf of AI companies, and we also hold personal data about the people who work with us. If you think we have mishandled your personal data, tell us — we investigate every complaint and answer within one calendar month.
Eight rights you can exercise at any time
These are the rights people have over their personal data. You do not need to be in the European Union to use this page — we apply the same process to every complaint we receive.

Right of access
Request a copy of the personal data we process about you, free of charge.
Right to rectification
Have inaccurate or incomplete personal data corrected without undue delay.
Right to erasure
Ask us to delete personal data we no longer need, or that you withdrew consent for.
Right to restrict processing
Pause the use of your data while a dispute or accuracy check is ongoing.
Right to data portability
Receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object
Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, or to any direct marketing.
Withdraw consent
Take back consent you gave us at any time — as easily as you gave it.

Write to us, or use the form
The form below is the fastest route — it creates a tracked record and sends you a reference number straight away. You can also write to us by email or post.
What we need from you
- Enough detail for us to identify the data or the project concerned — a date, a contract, a dataset name, or the email we know you by.
- Proof of identity, but only if we genuinely need it and only what is necessary.
- Tell us if the complaint concerns someone else; we will ask for written authorisation before acting.
- Ordinary requests are free. We will tell you before charging anything for clearly unfounded or excessive copies.
- Please do not include special-category data (health, biometric, religious or political information) in the description.
If we cannot resolve the issue with you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country. In the European Economic Area you can find yours through the European Data Protection Board directory.
